Metalok Industries operates an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system covering design review, procurement, machining, inspection and dispatch.

• Raw material is purchased from approved mills with original mill certificates.
• Every plug and fitting is marked with the Metalok name, material grade and heat number for full traceability.
• Threads are gauged and sealing faces are inspected to the specified finish (63 RMS on header plug gasket seats).
• EN 10204 3.1 certificates are supplied with every consignment; 3.2 on request.
• Non-conforming product is quarantined, recorded and never dispatched.
