Terms of supply

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification, quantity and material grade given in the enquiry.

Prices & taxes

Domestic prices are ex-works Mumbai, exclusive of GST and freight. Export prices are quoted EXW, FOB Nhava Sheva or CIF as agreed.

Payment

Payment terms are as per the order acknowledgement. For new export customers, advance or LC at sight is standard.

Delivery

Lead times run from receipt of a technically and commercially clear order and advance (where applicable). Stock items are typically dispatched within days; custom sizes and exotic alloys follow the confirmed schedule.

Inspection

Buyer or third-party inspection at our works is welcome with advance notice. Charges for third-party agencies are to the buyer's account unless agreed.
